On Saturday March 28, thousands of protestors showed up in Vancouver Washington at Marshall Park for one of the 3,300 No Kings Day protests.
Beginning at noon, the protest started with several different speakers, Including State Senator Adrian Cortez, Clark County Auditor Greg Kimsey, A student from Union High School, Clark County Poet Laureate Susan Dingle, and Carmen Paniagua (Her Brother-in-law’s foot was run over by ICE agents during his arrest in December).
The speeches began at 12 and lasted about an hour, when the march started. The march was led by the Southwest Washington League of United Latin American Citizens Council 47013 (LULAC) and ended at Waterfront Park.
